Lam Nong Moi Company Limited (Victory Powder Coatings) was established in 2008, manufacturing powder coating under the brand name Victory Powder Coatings domestically and for export.
We are manufacturing many types of powder coating, especially for aluminum with 2 main types of powder coating including:
1. Outdoor powder coating (Polyester, Tgic, Urethane, Primid, etc.)
2. Indoor powder coating (Epoxy, Poxy Polyester, etc.)
Our products have many different colors and effects (glossy, semi-gloss, matte, sandy, wrinkle, glitter, patterned, etc.).

CHARACTERISTICS OF SAND SURFACE EFFECT
Sandy texture powder coatings have a rough, sandpaper-like finish. Sanded texture powder coatings create a higher level of friction, which is required for certain applications including sports equipment, outdoor furniture, and non-slip surfaces.
Surface roughness can be controlled by monitoring the thickness of the coating. To achieve a rougher surface, the color coating must be thinner than normal and must be fully cured. The gloss and roughness can be adjusted based on preference and application requirements.

Wrinkle powder coatings are specialized thermosetting coatings that produce a unique textured finish with a distinctive wrinkled appearance. Wrinkle powder coatings come in a wide range of colors with rich patterns and designs. Wrinkle powder coatings have a textured and cracked appearance. They come in solid tones and many have metallic added to enhance the color and gloss. Wrinkle powder coatings serve both decorative and functional purposes as they are chemical resistant and have excellent mechanical properties. Suitable materials for powder coating are aluminum, iron, zinc, copper, etc. In interiors, iron cabinets are painted with a rough texture to increase the durability of the product as well as increase the aesthetics of the product.
Wrinkle powder coating is commonly applied to equipment such as sports and recreation equipment, hardware, hand tools and power tools, safety equipment, household and kitchen appliances, furniture, tool boxes, wire products, fixtures, undercarriage/car chassis, metal shelves and cabinet applications.
There are four main factors that affect the application of wrinkle powder coating including film thickness, partial cure temperature, lifting time and hanging/shelving.

This is a great transparent coat for non-active/illusion colours and gives you added protection to other standard coatings. High Gloss Transparent Powder Coating. This is a 90% gloss TGIC slow-curing Polyester that is super smooth and gives you a wet/mirror look that really adds depth to the colour.
This powder coating is specially formulated to have excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals and UV rays, ensuring long-lasting protection for the coated surface. The powder coating is suitable for a wide range of substrates, including metal, aluminium and steel.
With a durable clear gloss finish that enhances the aesthetics of the coated items, it can be applied to a wide range of products and surfaces, such as automotive parts, appliances, furniture and architectural components.
